In memory

When I received the email informing me of Eddie passing away, I was shocked and saddened at the loss of another old friend. I had assumed that he would be there when I finally retired and I could go spend some time with him. My memories of the zany person that was the young Eddie in Viet Nam come flooding back. We had a lot of laughs with him always telling some kind of joke. I still remember a couple after all these years, none fit to print, but funny all the same. I did get to spend a little time with him at the 2005 reunion. Eddie, Brenda, my wife Patty, and I went out to dinner, then visited a some shops along the shore. I uploaded a picture of Eddie and me in front of one of the stores along with a picture of Eddie and Brenda at the reunion. I will try upload a couple more that include a young Eddie taken in Viet Nam. We wanted to attend all the reunions but as the care givers of an elderly mother suffering from dementia, it has not been possible. Rest in peace my good friend.
