Obituary for Willard Dwaine Mode

Dwaine Mode age 69 passed away Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Hospice House in Forest City, NC. He was a native of Rutherford County, a retired inspector for Reeves Brothers, and a member of Crestview Baptist Church in Forest City, NC. He was preceded in death by his parents Roland and Ella Street Mode.
He is survived by one daughter Nikki Mode Richardson and a number of other relatives and friends.
Dwaine will lie in state from 9 AM until 4 PM Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at Crowe’s Mortuary; at his request no formal services will be held.
