Condolence: "Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father" James 1:17 Jackie was a true gift...she was gung-ho about everything,..her family and friends, those beautiful clothes, jewelry, perfumes and makeup she wore so well or just loving deeply the people who came into her life. She was gifted to me by God (it was no accident) the summer we were 12. She visited her cousin Betty who lived on my street in Kingsport. When we met we had an instant connection and remained friends always. Starting out as pen pals and then to phone calls and visits, and finally to texting and talking these last few months. I will never complain of technology again, for it has allowed us to stay connected in a wonderful way..She was my best buddy, encourager and confidant; I will love and miss her everyday until I go to meet her...she was my special gift from God...

Condolence: Jackie and I shared the same birth month and date. I have known her since I joined LandDesign almost 19 years ago. She was always positive, always supportive and always wanted to lend a hand; which I really appreciated, as I was growing in my own career. I will forever remember her kindness and I will use that as an example in my own life. With much love and sympathy, Gabriela

Condolence: Jackie will be missed so much by me. She was a cousin to me but we were more than that, we were like sisters. I have so many fond memories of her. We got to spend time growing up that I will never forget. She was there for me so many times. Every time I needed her she was there, just wish I could have been there for her when she needed me. God does not make mistakes, he has sent for one of his best. I love you Jackie and will never forget you. Betty
