Obituary for Hazel Nanney
Hazel Bostic Nanney, age 86, of Union Mills passed away Wednesday at Willow Ridge Nursing home.
Hazel was a native of Rutherford County, a member of Round Hill Baptist Church and retired from BB & T in Spindale with 31 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband Alvin Nanney, parents Grayson and Jane Mathis Bostic, brothers Jack and Bruce Bostic.
Left to cherish her memory is her son Steven Nanney of Rutherfordton and granddaughter Kayla Nanney of Union Mills.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday at Crowe’s Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from 10 – 11 AM prior to the service. Burial will be in the Round Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Travis Smith and Rev. John Bridges will officiate.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Rutherford County. P.O. Box 336 Forest City, NC 28043.
