Condolence: Dear Ann, Allison, and Jennifer....My heart goes out to you. Randy was one of the most truly delightful people I've ever met. It's rare to have a friend that EVERYONE loves and enjoys. That man could brighten anyone's day with his humor and Broadway showtunes. I'm just so sorry for you loss.

Randy was an awesome person; he actually brightened many days at our Stroke Support Group. I will always remember his kind smile, his humble personality and his sense of humor. I share in your grief; he is missed. I pray that you can feel God holding you close to His heart at this very difficult time. Sincerely, Dr Mary

Condolence: Dear Ann & Family

I am so sorry to hear of Randy's passing. I cannot tell you how much he meant to me when I first went to work for the department of revenue. He was a great manager and a true friend. When I moved to Shelby I had no friends in the area and he made it easier by inviting me to Panthers games, Panther Talk radio shows and by inviting me over to your home. I will always remember the years that I worked with him. He will truly be missed.

Condolence: Dear Ann and family,

I was so surpised to hear of Randy's passing. I had the pleasure of working for Randy for many years and he served as a mentor after that. Randy was a great teacher and friend. I will always remember our times working toghether and count those days of some of my fondest memories.

On behalf of the Secretary of Revenue and the entire Revenue family we are very saddened of this news. Randy was a great assest and cared very much for the people he served. He served our state well and in particular the people of Rutherford County.

Jerry Coble, Assistant Secretary of Revenue
North Carolina Department of Revenue
