Garett Lewis Mode

Garett Lewis Mode, 62, of Spindale, died Monday, August 18, 2014 at Willow Ridge. A native of Rutherford County, he was the son of the late Roland and Ella Street Mode. He was a member of Main Street Baptist Church and was retired from the NC Department of Transportation.

Garett is survived by his wife, Patsy Bradley Mode of the home; son Albert Mode of Spindale, and brother, Dwaine Mode of Spindale.

Funeral services will be held 11 AM Thursday, August 21, 2014 at Crowe’s Mortuary with Rev. Bob Philbeck officiating. Burial will be in Eternal Hills Memorial Park.
Mr. Mode will lie in state Wednesday, August 20, 2014 from 9 AM until 7 PM at Crowe’s Mortuary.
