Victor Anthony Urban, age 76, of Ellenboro formerly of Illinois died Saturday May 14 at Hospice House in Forest City. Vic was a native of Cook County, Ill., the son of the late Anthony and Margaret Rovney Urban, a US Army Veteran, member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and Knight’s of Columbus. He was a retired maintenance electrician for ITW.

Surviving are his wife Joelyn St. John Urban of the home; sons Leonard and Richard Urban of Carpentersville, Ill.; daughters Lori Heric of Des Plains, Ill. And Donna Olson of Carpentersville, Ill.; brothers Alfred Urban of Rutherfordton, NC, Frances Urban of Lamont, Ill. and Donald Urban of Brookfield, Ill.; a sister Margaret Suchomski of Clarendon Hills, Ill.; 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Services are scheduled for 10 AM Wednesday May 18, 2011 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Herbert Burke and Deacon Andy Cilone officiating. A Rosary will be said at 6 PM Tuesday at Crowe’s Funeral Chapel with visitation to follow until 7 PM.
