Condolence From: Katie Winner-Weitzel
Condolence: Dear Mr. Pinney, My heart is very heavy and saddened. Sometimes there are no words, only over-flowing thoughts from the heart. Please know how very sorry am for your loss of such a special person. I have many fond memories from Alliance, Ohio. A good life leaves behind seeds that keep on growing. To one of my dearest childhood friends, Debbie, to Jeff and Todd: Your Mother's life, her stories, her values, and her love of family all live on in each of you... what a wonderful legacy.

Condolence: My sincere and deepest sympathy to the family on the passing of Nancy. There is no one who was a greater professional mentor to me than Nancy. I owe so much to her for her wisdom and guidance over the years. She encouraged me and inspired me over and over and I am forever grateful. She was a true friend and mentor. Recently she was on my mind and I had done a little research to see if she was still living in the Lake Lure area. I started a letter to her when I heard of her passing. I am devastated that I did not get that letter to her. Although I told her countless times how much she meant to me, I would have loved to have done that one more time. She will always hold a treasured play in my heart. To those who are left behind, I know you are aware of how special she was and I feel certain you have dear memories to hold onto. I know I do and I am grateful for those. Sending you love at this challenging time. Susan Kahle

Condolence: To Hugh and Family, We were sad to read in the Review about Nancy's passing. Such fond memories shared with her. The first Campus Circle meeting I attended as a young mother/teacher was at your home on East Milton St. in '74. You were both so welcoming. Nancy and I went to many teacher workshops together and played Bridge with a group of friends for years. She always had a smile and took life as a fun ride. Glad for your life in NC. Kathy and Steve.
