Juanita Harrill Carver, 91, formerly of Rutherfordton, died Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at the home of her son in New Market, AL. A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Earl Kenneth and Leora Hill Harrill. Juanita was a retired public health nurse, a member of First Baptist Church Rutherfordton, and previously served on the Board of Directors for The Church of the Exceptional.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Scott Carver and wife Beverly of New Market, Al; sister, Elizabeth Ann McCusker of Shady Valley, TN; two grandsons, Timothy Carver of New Market, AL, Ryan Carver and Tiffany Ryan of Huntsville, AL. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Carver, son, Daniel Carver, sister, Virginia Hill, and brothers, Yates Harrill, Wilburn Harrill, J.B. (Shorty) Harrill, and Charles G. Harrill.

Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday, May 14, 2018 at Crowe’s Mortuary with Rev. Tim Marsh officiating. Interment will follow in Eternal Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the mortuary.
