Joseph Ray Shires, age 33, of Spindale NC passed away on April 19th 2018. JR was the son of the late Larry and Doris Hutchins Shires. JR was a 2003 graduate of RS Central. Left to cherish his memory are his brothers Scott, Rick, and Keith. A service will be held at 11:00AM on Wednesday April 25th 2018 at Crowe’s Funeral Chapel.
