Mary Lou Emory West, 85, of Rutherfordton, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills. A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Vernon and Esmer Hawkins Emory. She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Horace West and her daughter Lena Ramani and husband Manoj. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Doug West and daughter Carla West.
Graveside services will be held on Friday April 13, 2018, 2PM at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, 130 Pleasant Grove Road, Rutherfordton, NC with Rev. Randy Darley officiating. Crowe’s Mortuary is assisting the family of Mrs. Mary Lou West.
