Dr. Philip Wayne Sisk, age 64, passed away at his residence in Mill Springs, North Carolina, on April 2, 2018. Dr. Sisk was a native of Cleveland County, North Carolina. He was an alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Sisk was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey Clayton Sisk and Ina Irene Talent Sisk, and his brother, Junior Sisk. He is survived by his sister, Linda Kay Sisk Gentry and his nieces and nephews.
