Obituary for Lisa Dawn Goodin (Haddox)
Lisa Dawn Goodin age 56 passed away on November 18, 2017 at Carolinas Medical Center following a brief illness.
Lisa was the daughter of Victor Lloyd Haddox and Ruth Shreve Allen. Lisa was born February 3, 1961 at Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach, Fl.
She is survived by her daughter, Amanda Yelton and husband Jamie of Forest City, NC; three grandchildren, Ethan Yelton, Trinity Yelton and Drew Yelton all of Forest City, NC; four stepchildren, Donald Goodin, Tiffany Robinson, Emily Goodin and Shelby Goodin, five step grandchildren, Bella, Hailey, Emma, Karley, and Donald Jr. all of Ohio; two brothers, Nelson Shreve and Chuck Haddox, three sisters, Charlotte Johnson, Cindy Springston and Robyn Ellington.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Donald Goodin and one son David Barclay.
A memorial service will be held at 6 PM Wednesday November 22, 2017 at Crowe’s Funeral Chapel with Rev. Jim Springston officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
