Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Helen Davis can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Helen Millar Davis age 78 of Rutherfordton NC passed away on August 21st 2017 at Hospice. Helen was the wife of the late William R Davis. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by parents John and Agnes Gemmell Burgess, and sons John Davis, and James Davis. Helen was a retired Secretary for the Vocational Office of Isothermal Community College
.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Deborah Howes of North Canton, Ohio; granddaughter Jennifer Rakocy (Stephen); grandson Richard Howes (Michelle); grandson William Davis; granddaughter Cassidy Davis; daughter in law Bonnie Davis; and Colleen Brady.

Services will be held at 3:00PM Saturday August 26th 2017, at Crowe’s Mortuary with Dr. Don Scofield officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior. Burial will be private.
