Condolence: The loss of Mrs. Pearl Barnette a cherished loved one is the most devastating experiences a family can face. At times, the loss may seem unbearable. Please know that there are people who care and more importantly Psalm 34:18 tells us that "God is near to those that are broken at heart. He is the God of all comfort. My prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time of grief.

Condolence: I'm so grateful to have known such a lady. Mrs. Pearl left her mark on this world, no doubt. Prayers for the family and love ones she left behind.

Condolence: I was a Thompson from Union Mills. Mrs. Barnette was my Home Economics teacher in high school. I loved her so much and wanted to be a home economics teacher just like her. Condolence: Our deepest condolences to the family of Pearl Barnette. She was one-of-a-kind and will be missed. We appreciated her deep faith and her loyalty to her church and her kindness to all who knew her.

Condolence: Pearl meant so much to our entire family. She was like a sister to our late father and mother, and and their friendship extended for the duration of their lives. Pearl was like a second mother to me and my brother, Pat, when we lived in Union Mills, and we cherished the many visits we had with her and Ben after we moved from there. It is rare to know someone who touched so many lives in such a positive way - - not only her many students, but her church members, friends, and community members. Hers was a life well lived. Our hearts are saddened by her passing, but we are comforted in knowing that she has gone to be with Ben.

Condolence: The Union Mills Community was blessed to have such a wonderful lady in our midst for all these years. Mrs. Barnette was a true example of a Christian in both her words and deeds. Heaven has gained an angel with her passing and we are left with wonderful stories and memories to share of her legacy. You will be missed
