Condolence: Just saw that Fred passed. I always will remember him from when we played in the Squires V band in North Miami, Fl where we went to high school.

Condolence: I had been a student of Dr. Sams a few times in St. Leo University's graduate programs. He was always such a very helpful and knowledgeable professor and I certainly learned a lot from his incredible background in forensics and criminal justice. I was quite saddened to hear of Dr. Sams' passing, but was thankful that I was able to take several of his courses and learn a great deal from him. I wish the family all of the best in this hard time, especially this holiday season. May you find strength and peace.

Condolence: We offer our condolences to the Sams' family on their lost. We have lost such a special, caring, and understanding professor and individual. Please Know that the Dr. Sams' family will stay in our prayers. His students' will forever carry him in their hearts, especially the class of Fall II 2015, Criminal Justice Course of Saint Leo University's Graduate Program. Dr. Sams' encouraged his students to push themselves in surpassing the bare minimal required achievements. He was encouraging and supportive in the future goals' of his students. Dr. Sams' will be greatly. missed.
