Mary Terry Bennick, 58, of Gilkey passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2014 at her residence. She was the daughter of Rome Terry and Marie Jones Terry. Mary worked at Broyhill for many years.
Survivors include her husband, Delmas Archie Bennick, Sr., daughter Joyce Parker(Bucky) of Mooresboro, NC, son Kenneth Dale Bennick of Gilkey, sisters Joyce Lee, Brenda Hardin, and Kathy Peacock, grandchildren; Shellie Avant(Ben), Lindsey Lamica, Kaydrien Lamica, Gabriel Parker, Mickela Bennick, Bryson Bennick, and one great-grandchild, Kairi Avant. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Delmas Archie Bennick, Jr., and a sister, Helen Lott.
A Celebration of her life will be held at 2PM on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at Crowe’s Mortuary with Rev. Paul White and Rev. Jack Crain officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
