Traci Lynn Briggs Owens age 35 passed Saturday October 11, 2014 at Hospice House in Forest City, NC.

Survivors include her three sons Jonathan, Justin and Jason Lovelace; fiancé Dustin Vickers; mother Cheryl Brooks Noffke, brothers Fred Brooks, Tom Brooks, Raymond Briggs and Mark Noffke; sisters Tanya Briggs and Deb Street as well as a number of other friends and relatives.
