Mavis Runell Pearce Frady
Runell was born in Wake County on February 29, 1932. She was married to the late Weldon Frady and the Daughter of the late William W. Pearce and Olean Pollard Pearce.
She was preceded in death by a Brother, Maynard Pearce and a Sister Gloria Bradley. She is survived by Two Sisters and One Brother, Louise Welker, Baltimore, MD, Virginia Deweese, Winchester, VA, and Tommy Pearce, Willow Springs, NC.
In addition to her siblings she is survived by Three Daughters, and Two Sons; Regenia Phillips, South Bend, WA, Donna Watson, Chesapeake, VA, Gloria Jackson, Rutherfordton, NC, Bedford Monday, Harrisburg, NC, and David Frady, Charlotte, NC. Seven Grandchildren and Eight Great-Grandchildren.
She was a graduate of Hardbarger Business College, retired from Tanner Company, and a member of First Baptist Church, Rutherfordton, NC.
Funeral services will be at 1PM on Monday, April 7, 2014 at First Baptist Church of Rutherfordton, with Rev. Timothy Marsh officiating. Interment will follow in Eternal Hills Memorial Park. The family will greet friends immediately following the committal service in the cemetery.
