Question #1 | What is the average cost of a Traditional Funeral? |
Answer: | There are many different factors that affect the price of a traditional funeral service. On average, the cost is around $7,500.00. This cost varies depending on what a family selects in services and merchandise and any other cost associated with cash advance items. A family may choose a service that best fits what their wishes and needs are |
Question #2 | If I pre-plan my funeral will it guarantee the price at the time of my death? |
Answer: | This answer is a bit more complicated. There are different plans available at different funeral homes with regard to this. This firm however, does not have a plan available to "lock" the price in. Due to cost factors of rising merchandise and services over the years, we can no longer guarantee prices on a pre-paid funeral. For example, if a person picks out a service at today's cost and lives 20 years we have no guarantee on the prices of any service or merchandise selected. The monies on hand will be used as a credit toward the final funeral expense. Any expense not covered by the pre-need would be taken care of by the family. |
Question #3 | Do you have a monthly payment plan? |
Answer: | This funeral home does not provide any type of monthly payment plan to cover funeral expenses. We will be happy to offer some suggestions on ways to reduce the cost of the services you select, but the family must understand that the services and merchandise may be limited to the funds the family has available. There are some local agencies that may be able to help in assisting with the final expense and we will be glad to give you the numbers of these agencies to assist you |
